Yoga
Yoga is the important part of the healthy lifestyle and the Ayurvedic Life. Our Yoga Classes are mixes of the Hatha and the Medical Yoga – it depends always on the knowledge of the participants. We emphasize not only the improvement of the Asanas (poses) but the protection of joints and the spine, that is why there are many props installed in the studios. The check-in to the classes is unnecessary, only the change of cloth is recommended. The language of the classes is Hungarian. Every alteration is announced on the wall of the Facebook group.
Ayurvedic Treatments
In all cases treatments are personalized, 60 or 120 minutes on demand. According to the patient’s body type and physicality, one of the secrets of the Ayurveda’s success is the proper application of natural oils and herbs. All treatments are by appointment.
In Defense of the Spine

By caring for the spine through mindful movement and therapeutic touch, individual yoga contribute to long-term musculoskeletal health and overall well-being.
